Programmes & Projects

 

To get more Black, Asian and multicultural voices into Britain’s creative industries, we need to do two things: inspire more young people to get into the industry, to create a pipeline of talent – and help those already in the industry rise higher, into positions of power. Our two flagship programmes, TalentLab XR and B3 Origin are designed to do just that.

TalentLab XR is a mentoring and development programme that empowers its participants to navigate the possibilities of immersive storytelling and XR (eXtended Reality). B3 Origin is a bespoke mentoring programme for those working in film or other on-screen media.

We also run TalentLab - a programme about helping those already working in the industry to take their careers to the next level, Short Cuts - a series of regular events designed to help create new connections, and Creative Catalyst - a workshop that is all about inspiring the next generation.

Past Work

On top of our core programmes, we also co-create, produce and develop a whole range of projects in collaboration with other artists, co-producers and curators – exhibitions, short films, digital storytelling, multi-platform art projects, theatre shows and more.
