B3 TALENTLAB: ARTIST JOURNEYS

Join B3 Media at Encounters as we talk Artist Development Opportunities through B3’s TalentLab. We’ll be discussing how to find your voice around stories that matter with filmmakers Sami Abusamra (‘Our Father’), Riffy Ahmed (‘Afloat’), and Dean Leon Anderson (‘Class 15’). Hosted by B3 Media Founder/ Creative Producer Marc Boothe, this will be followed by an informal Advice, Pitching, and Feedback session in the café/bar area.

What is B3 TalentLab?

TalentLab is a bespoke talent development programme for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) creatives working in film and across multiple platforms (digital storytelling, photography, theatre, spoken word, music and dance). For the past five years, TalentLab has been reaching out to writers, directors, creative producers, artists, digital artists and media creators, helping them to re-assess their professional practice, improve their skills, and give them the confidence and contacts to push their careers and projects to the next level. We want to help develop YOU as a creative talent, and YOUR PROJECT as a proposition.
