Blank Slate 2008-09 is now CLOSED!

Now in its sixth year, Blank Slate supports the next generation of black and

minority ethnic film-making talent in the production of digital short films.

Blank Slate is part of the UK Film Council's UK-wide Digital Shorts

Initiative and is funded through the New Cinema Fund, B3 Media and the Arts Council England.

B3 Media invites submissions from writers, directors and

writer/directors from across the UK. We are looking for up to 5 film-making

teams to produce a cutting-edge short film, shot and edited digitally.

Filmmakers who apply successfully to Blank Slate will be offered bespoke

training in the development of their idea from script to screen.
